2. Our Core Privacy Commitment

We do not collect personal analytics, we do not track you across other applications, and we will NEVER share or sell any user information or task records to third-party advertisers or external services.
All data processed by DevFlow is strictly utilized for the singular purpose of task management and internal team collaboration within MacroTech Softwares.
3. Information Stored by the App
DevFlow only stores records necessary to deliver its core workflow features:
- Account Credentials: Your work email address, full name, and selected team role (e.g. Sales or Developer) used solely for account authentication and user identification.
- Task & Project Records: Customer names, task descriptions, development requirements, status updates, completion estimates, and timestamps created by users within the app.
- Team Remarks & Comments: Text remarks and discussions posted by team members under specific development tasks.
- Device Push Notification Token: A Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token used strictly to deliver real-time notifications for task assignments, status changes, and remarks.
4. Data Storage & Security
All project records and user profiles are stored in secure, encrypted cloud databases protected by industry-standard Row-Level Security (RLS) policies and HTTPS/TLS encryption during transit.
Access to tasks and project records is strictly restricted to authenticated team members belonging to MacroTech Softwares.
5. Third-Party Services
DevFlow connects solely to enterprise backend infrastructure required for app functionality:
- Supabase: For secure user authentication and database storage.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: For reliable real-time push notification delivery.
Neither of these service providers uses your data for marketing or advertising purposes.
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
User accounts and task records are retained as long as they are needed for business and project tracking operations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting our administrator team.
